I especially appreciated the well-appointed common area, complete with a coffee machine and microwave, which allowed for the perfect afternoon tea experience while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding town. The cleanliness of my room was impeccable, with a comfortable bed and plush linens that made for restful nights. Coupled with the delicious cheese and ham boards from the bar, Encosta truly stands as a standout example of eco-friendly hospitality, merging comfort and sustainability effortlessly.
